👋 MEET THE CREATOR

My name is Shrandell “RJ” Curry, and right now, DaMoney District Co. is me.

I’m originally from Anniston, Alabama, now living in South Carolina. At 31, I’m at a point where I’m done letting fear, anxiety, procrastination or other people’s expectations keep my ideas from becoming real.

I’ve always been drawn to music, gaming, film and storytelling. I release music as Anti-Savage, produce as Corbin DaMoney, write stories, and now develop games. DaMoney District Co. became the umbrella for all of those creative ideas.

Record Company Tycoon grew from my longtime love of the music industry. I wanted to build something deeper than a basic career game — a simulation where charts, touring, contracts, fans, promotion, money, relationships and business decisions actually connect.

RCT is solo-developed and AI-assisted. I use AI for coding, research, debugging, visuals and development support, but the concepts, systems, direction, testing, balancing and final decisions come through me.

I’m learning as I build, constantly testing and improving the game myself.

My goal is simple: create things I genuinely believe should exist and grow DaMoney District Co. into a larger independent creative studio.
